Continuity Services

Continuity projects, typically centered around Shopper Marketing, are becoming increasingly popular within the hardware community. We are working to build a robust program for all current and future client needs as the world of retail continues to change and adapt. While resets or capital projects have a start and end date, continuity projects can recur as many times as the customer requests over the duration of a year.

TouchPoint360 continuity representatives become the face of the brand or retailer we partner with. This may include down-stocking product, auditing the condition of a category, and product knowledge training sessions. This framework allows a bond to form between us and the customer-facing associates at the stores. The knowledge of associates and brand presence in stores is the first line of defense. These programs attempt to increase sales by having an expert consistently servicing stores.

Many of you are familiar with Taylor Brodhagen’s long running project with a National Grill brand in more than 1500 retail locations across the nation. TouchPoint360 has been servicing this program since 2015 and today it is one of our largest ongoing customer programs. Our representatives provide audits, correct planograms, install POP, and conduct product knowledge training with store associates. To date, our customer has seen an increase in sales each year of the program.

Mike Dolan has been running the cabinet hardware project since 2016. Our customer is a fastener company that contracted TouchPoint360 to service 13 Home Center and Hardware locations in northern CA and NV. Our representatives stock fixtures, order and install POP, and write orders for these stores

A major hardware distribution company contracted us to service a regional Home Center Retailer in more than twelve states. Fifteen of our reps visit 90 stores from Michigan to North Carolina every week. Our reps put away the orders, stock and straighten shelves, process returns and credits, investigate order issues between store and supplier, and at times complete an occasional reset.
